Sunny & spacious home in Westdene/Melville

My home exudes a sense of warmth and calm. It is light and airy with an open plan lounge-dining room. Kitchen includes all amenities including a gas stove and microwave. There are two large bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other a double. The main bedroom has an on-suite. A third room is an office/guest bedroom and has a 3/4 size sofa bed. Enjoy the African sun either on the front porch or in the secluded back garden. Driveway for three cars. The space The house is very private and quiet. It has a charming Mediterranean feel. It is modern and stylish yet comfortable and welcoming. The house has fibre wifi (uncapped, 20 speed line), a smart TV with Netflix & Showmax, a private outdoor shower with hot water (ideal for those hot summer days and nights to shower under the stars); it includes a domestic cleaner once per week. The location is very centrally located and if you don't have a car, public transport (Reya Veya or minibus taxi) is very close by. For outdoor activities, the Westdene dam is very close and perfect for exercising, walking, cycling and picnics. A restaurant/bar is a few steps away. It is very close to shops, restaurants and bars in the Melville strip. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. There is a cottage on the property and at times there is a tenant staying there. They have their own entrance so will not disturb you. They access the cottage through the passage side entrance so don't be alarmed if you hear doors open on the rear of the house. Other things to note You are welcome to enjoy the space with your friends and family. The house lends itself towards small gatherings where you can also enjoy the leafy garden and summer BBQs. When I am staying at the house, I share the space with my cat, Akira. When I move out while guests are there, Akira comes with me. But if you have allergies please make a note that there is a cat that usually stays on the property.
