Morgan's Retreat is found in a private garden in Waungilwen, Carmarthenshire, private and separate from our own home, with magnificent views across open countryside. Sleeps four guests, double bedroom with ensuite toilet/sink. A twin bedroom. Bathroom. Freeview play TV in lounge + FREE NETFLIX, DVD player, gas fire. Cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle. Standard TV in double bedroom. Hair dryer. Double glazed,c/heating. Private parking.Welcome pack. The space Morgan’s Retreat can provide a cot if required. The cot has a mattress and one cellular blanket. This will mean the twin bedroom will then contain one single bed and one cot. Otherwise if cot not required, it will remain as a twin bedroom. We also provide a Moses basket with a stand and appropriate baby bedding. A high chair is also provided should any guest require one. Safety locks are on all appropriate windows, so children will be safe. Outside Is a private gated parking area for one car, adjacent to the caravan. There is plenty of space for another car outside the gated area, should guests travel in more than one car. The bespoke decking area built around trees, overlooking superb rolling meadows, offers a bistro table and two chairs, plus comfortable rattan sofa seating. There is also a BBQ grill, Tivoli dining table with four reclining high back chairs, plus a low table for al fresco dining and a superb patio heater for those who enjoy sitting out late, watching the evening skies. In addition, there is a boot rack, outside tap and brush for washing boots, including a private yard area, seating and washing line. Bins are provided for rubbish and recycling. Guest access Guest access includes drive, private gated parking area, gated side area with use of inertia washing line and seating area as well as the private, beautiful decking area, with BBQ grill, patio heater and rattan sofa seating. Other things to note Our much loved cat Mur (multi brown colour), is a little nosy. If you leave the doors open, there may be a chance you will receive a visit from her. She is a gentle soul, please do not feed her. Thank you.
