This private 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom groundfloor apartment is close to Table Mountain & Lions Head for walks and Kloof Street restaurants (Cafe Paradiso, Black Sheep & Cargo) are nearby. Camps Bay beach is a 10 minute drive or bus ride (a bus stop is just 100m away). The location, ambiance & neighbourhood are great and the space is good for couples, young families and solos. The space This apartment has a lounge/dining area that opens on to a private courtyard with its own direct pedestrian gate access to the street. The property is very secure and safe. Off the lounge there is a guest bathroom (with small bath/shower, basin and toilet). The kitchenette has a two plate electric stove, air fryer, microwave, kettle and french press for coffee. The bedroom has a double (queen size) bed with lots of cupboard space and its additional own en-suite bathroom (shower, basin and toilet). There is airconditioning in the bedroom. We have a secure parking available behind a gate for guests and the WiFi is 24/7 (always on, even during power outages). There is emergency lighting in the apartment in the event of a power cut. Guest access The apartment has its own private pedestrian gate entry in to the courtyard and there is easy street parking in our little lane immediately outside the pedestrian gate, or we can arrange parking inside the property (behind an electric gate) if you prefer. Guests have exclusive use of the courtyard and entire apartment.
