Hen Ty Pantygelli

Hen Ty (meaning old house) is a cosy cottage with modern comfort ( please note that the woodburner is not useable but there is full central heating) It sits in a quiet rural location and is conveniently located for walking, cycling. Four miles away is the market town of Abergavenny, which has a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. The space Spread over two floors Hen Ty is home from home, In the Sitting Room you will find a comfortable sofa and chairs Tv / dvd player The kitchen Area has a fully equipped kitchen and also a Microwave Good size fridge Oven & hob Kitchen table with 4 chairs Iron & Ironing board. cleaning products provided There is a communal washing machine and dryer available in the outhouse next to the cottage. Upstairs you will find Bedroom 2 is a twin room with a small dresser and a wardrobe. Bedding and towels are provided. The main bedroom consists of a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with a hairdryer. Bedding and towels are provided. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, basin and lavatory Guest access Outside the cottage there is seating where you can sit and gaze at our large pond where guests are welcome to have a go at catching the elusive fish ! Other things to note The nearest town is Abergavenny which has a Waitrose and a small Tesco. Should you not wish to cook we are very lucky to have at the top of the drive the Crown at Pantygelli a traditional Welsh pub known for its great food and just a walk home.
