The Glebe is a stunning grade ll listed georgian vicarage situated in a quiet rural but well connected part of Cornwall. It has been our family home for 15 years. The Glebe is extremely spacious and is the perfect place for family holidays and gatherings. The property has large gardens and nearby woods for country walks and is only a short drive to the beaches of Newquay and surrounding North Cornwall. Its perfect for families with young children who can enjoy the outside space of the gardens. The house has three large double/kigsize bedrooms and three which are smaller singles. The ground floor you will find two fantastic sitting rooms. One which links to the kitchen. The other is a more grown up space in a quieter part of the house. The kitchen is the heart of the house with an Aga and woodburner. There is plenty of room for big family breakfasts, dinners and celebrations. A great home for Christmas and new-year or enjoying the Cornish summertime. It is in a beautiful quiet area but close to the airport, A30 and the North Cornish coast. Our home is a charming place you will love as much as we do. The house has 3 large rooms downstairs ; there is a kitchen with a large table for family meals. There are two sitting rooms. Upstairs are six bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guest access The Glebe is found within 2 acres of garden and has its own driveway and plenty of off road parking. Our other property, The Barn is also within the 2 acres of garden. Other things to note Our home is in a lovely rural spot. You will need a car to get around.
