The lush grounds are surrounded by ponds with ducks & geese and there are also grapefruit & lemon trees which you have free access to :) The space is bright with vaulted ceilings, totally private and peaceful. Bright living room with queen futon sofa bed, recessed lighting, cable tv and doors leading to private patio. Fully equipped kitchen with french door leading to patio, coffee makers, coffee & tea. Spacious master bedroom with queen bed, vanity dresser and reading nook. Bathroom has walk in shower and his & hers sinks. French doors leading to guest bedroom with queen bed, orthopedic mattress and access to guest bathroom with bath tub. Villa Flora's location is ideal as it's only 10 minutes from Palm Springs airport and only 5 miles to the vibrant and historic downtown Palm Springs. Downtown is full of wonderful restaurants, art galleries, shopping, and the sky tram which takes you to the top of snowy Idyllwild mountain. It is also only 8 miles to El Paseo shopping & dining in famous Palm Desert where the annual Food & Wine festival is held. Downtown Cathedral City walk is a quick 2 minute drive. Shopping & dining at the beautiful River in Rancho Mirage is also just a 10 minute drive. Dogs allowed, no cats, sorry!
