Welcome to the shared house, homestay room, entirely dedicated to students on work-study programs or people on business trips, internships, training. The house is located 15/20 minutes from the universities of La Rochelle, 10 minutes from Cipecma Périgny, 15 minutes from Chatelaillon or Aytré, 15 minutes from the Atlantec Pole of Lagord (CFA, CESI...), 25 minutes from Rochefort or Surgères. The space The house is spacious, simple and warm, opening onto a wooded garden. The living space to share includes on the ground floor: the kitchen and the living room and upstairs a large mezzanine/living room, TV, library, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink, separate toilet. Patio overlooking the garden, garden furniture, deckchair. Free private parking in the courtyard of the house. Guest access You will be able to access the gîte by a private road. No vehicle traffic because the gîte is at the back of the cul-de-sac. Free private parking.
