I offer a room in my apartment. The bathroom is next door and is for shared use. Subway, S-Bahn, bus and tram are nearby as well as good shopping. Isar and English Garden are within easy reach by bike. It is a green and quiet neighborhood. The space There are three doors at the entrance. Your room is in the middle. It has a queen bed with linens and there is some space in the closet if you want to put clothes in. I'll give you a bath towel. On the right you will find the bathroom, which I also use. The third door goes to my room, where the kitchen is also located. That's why I don't offer kitchen access. Guest access The laundry room is two floors down. You can open the door with the same key. Washing and drying costs €2.20 each. During your stay I am available by phone or at home for any questions you may have. Other things to note We should talk about check-in and check-out in advance. I am only partially flexible because I work. Therefore, we should check before booking that the times are suitable for both.
