You will be staying in a completely renovated and new apartment in the attic. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms and a very spacious - dining area. There are 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. By car you drive directly into the underground car park and park there. On two balcony you can enjoy the sun once in the morning and once the sun in the afternoon and evening. The space The apartment is part of a newly built residential complex in Bad Wiessee am Tegernsee. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The residential area is very quiet and relaxed. In the apartment there is a washing machine. Guest access Access is made contactless via a key box. This lockbox is located at another address (St. Antonius Strasse) like the property. Parking: You can use parking spaces number 49 and 50 in the underground car park. Access: After picking up the key on St. Antonius street, you can use it to drive to the property and unlock the doors. Other things to note The basic equipment does not include spices, vinegar/oil, as we are not allowed to provide this for hygienic reasons. Should the booked apartment be left unreasonably, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning.
