Yallingup Beach Escape

Only a two minute walk to Yallingup Beach from our gorgeous apartment. A brand new bed and luxurious linen will tempt you, whilst upstairs, enjoy a glimpse of the ocean from the spacious living area and fully appointed kitchen. The space This beautiful space was built by the owner, who lives in the house next door, separated by the shared outdoor living space. Downstairs, the bedroom has full height glass doors which open onto a small balcony overlooking the garden and shady peppermint trees. The bedroom has been furnished with a brand new bed (and very comfortable new mattress) and has luxurious bed linen. Purpose-built robes will give you plenty of space for your suitcases and belongings. An air conditioner in the bedroom (new!) will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Open the Hampton’s style shutters to let the sunlight flood into the bedroom. The bathroom has a heated towel rail for an added touch of luxury in the cooler months. You'll find new fluffy towels for your use, as well as beach towels in the bathroom cupboard, to take to the beach. The space also has a washing machine and dryer, feel free to use if you are staying for a few days and have some clothes to wash. There is a line outside where you can hang your clothes in fine weather. A timber staircase leads you upstairs to a tastefully appointed open plan living space. You'll enjoy the view of the ocean over the peppermint melaleuca trees. The well-equipped kitchen has a full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven and gas stove. You'll be able to make tea, or you can use the Nespresso machine to make yourself a coffee. In the living space there is also a long, comfortable couch, TV with Netflix. The reverse cycle air conditioner is perfect for hot days and cold nights. There is Wifi throughout the apartment. Please note, this apartment is not suitable for hosting pets or children/babies. Guest access You will come and go through the outdoor living area which joins the apartment to the house, which sit side by side. You are more than welcome to relax in this shared - please make yourself at home. Other things to note Yallingup, through the year, is a wonderful, relaxing place to visit. Through the height of Summer, and during school holidays, the influx of visitors to the area makes it very busy and occasionally people at nearby houses have noisy parties. The apartment is next door to the main house on the property, which is separated by the outdoor lounge area. You are welcome to relax and enjoy this shared space and garden - we love nothing more.
