Literally a stone's throw from a beautiful beach and wonderful playground for the kids. Few minutes' walk to the pier, main street, 2 pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants. Our apartment is a fully self-contained, spacious 2-bedroom open plan unit in a quiet area. Great for couples any time of year, on a romantic getaway or 2 adults with 2 children. It has one queen bed in the main bedroom which doubles as a living room. And 2 single beds (Daybed with trundle) in the second bedroom also doubling as a kitchenette and dining area for 4. Please refer to the photos. There's a sliding pocket door between the 2 areas for privacy if needed. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, electric cooktop, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger (byo coffee) dishes, pots, frying pan, utensils and cutlery. The bedroom/living room has a smart TV, a desk area and an A/C split system for heating and cooling. All linen and towels are provided. Lovely water view from the main bedroom & little patio. Bathroom has a large spa and separate shower. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer provided. There's a FREE shared barbecue in the area out the back & one across the road in the park. The laundry is near the parking area in the back also and is shared by the residents. It has coin operated washers and dryers. Iron, ironing board and a clothes airer are provided in the unit. Free WIFI in the apartment and free WIFI in the pub next door in case internet is disrupted. FREE Netflix on our 55" smart TV. We're very used to the accommodation business. having run Stone's Throw Cottage B&B for 18 years in Belgrave, Dandenong Ranges. This business was closed end June '25. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole apartment and small patio in front which is across the road from the beach. There’s a parking spot anywhere in the parking area in the back of the apartment where the main door is. You will have use of the communal barbeque ($1 for the use) and laundry ($7 to wash/dry one load). Both located in back of the apartment. Other things to note Re Coffee plunger. Bring your favorite ground coffee. We have a 55” TV with free Netflix for you. Stan, Disney, Prime Video are available, but you need to use your password for those. Unlimited free WIFI. When you arrive, sit back and relax! Maybe a drink on the patio? A walk along the beach. Then a movie? :)
