Welcome to The Red Canoe Cabin on Harvey Lake. We know you'll enjoy our cozy, charming, waterfront cabin! We've got 150 feet of beautiful lakefront property offering direct lake access and a private dock. Canoe, kayak, swim, watch the loons, explore nearby Kingdom Trails, stargaze and so much more! Our sunny, light-filled, 2 bedroom cabin has a screened front porch, a front lawn with outdoor picnic table/chairs, a red canoe, kayaks, a grill and a fire pit - all for your use and enjoyment! The space The Red Canoe Cabin offers a full kitchen and bright sunny living room, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Guests can enjoy the beautiful screened front porch - big enough to relax and enjoy the lake views, or have a meal at the picnic table. We offer all the basics needed for your vacation: pillows, bedding, towels & linens; a full kitchen with plenty of dishes/pots/pans, silverware & electric tea kettle; a small DVD player, DVDs, books and puzzles; and supplies for tea/coffee. Our front lawn extends directly down to the lake. We've got a private dock, outdoor chairs/tables, a grill, a fire pit (we've got dry fire wood on site), floats and boogie boards, a floating dock, kayaks and a wonderful red canoe for you to use and enjoy. Guest access Guests at The Red Canoe Cabin have access to the entire cabin and lakefront property, including the private dock, the floating dock and the kayaks and canoes. Other things to note When you're staying at The Red Canoe Cabin, you'll experience the peace and natural beauty of Harvey's Lake and the Northeast Kingdom. We've just installed wifi at The Red Canoe Cabin, as cell phone service is often unpredictable. We also have a landline for guest use. Free wifi is available at the Peacham Library and at the West Barnet Quick Stop grocery store (each about 10 minutes away).
