To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, TV, WiFi, intercom - Wardrobe, hangers, hair-dryer - Iron, torch, medical kit - Indoor games - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 5 cars This is a wheelchair-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. - TV, WiFi, intercom and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have king-sized beds. - All rooms offer a view of mountains and apple orchards. - There is a 6th room (with an attached bathroom) in the villa where the host resides. The booking for this room is also available subject to availability. BATHROOMS - There are 6 bathrooms - 5 attached, and 1 common powder room on the ground floor. - All attached bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats up to 15 people. - It offers WiFi and TV - The dining area seats up to 15 people. - There is a 2,500 sq. ft lawn with seating for up to 12 people. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. - Guests can also eat out in nearby eateries like Fat Plate, Valentino’s and Shan-e-Manali Restaurant. - Outside food is strictly not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like Ludo, carrom, cards and outdoor games like cricket and badminton. They can go for nearby treks and can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There is a 400-metre steep road leading up to the villa. - Guests should be cautious while stepping out since there is a jungle nearby. - There are 3 CCTV cameras, one at the entrance, one at the front and one at the back. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 12 hours. - The caretaker stays at the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/VI work fairly well here. ADDITIONAL COSTS - A barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day, plus grocery charges as per actuals. - A bonfire can be arranged at Rs. 1500 per bonfire, for a duration of 2.5 hours to 3 hours. - Room heater is available at Rs. 400 per heater, per night - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost. - The caretaker can run errands at an additional cost of Rs. 100 per visit.
