The amazing views are absolutely inspiring. Guest access The guests have private access to the entire apartment and terrace. Other things to note 👉 Guest Registration (Legal Requirement): All guests must complete the registration form (one form per guest) prior to check-in. The total number of guests must not exceed the reservation details. 👉 Municipal Tourist Tax Cascais Municipal Tourist Tax will be charged on Airbnb before check-in. This tax amounts to €4 per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. Exception: Children under 12yo. 👉 Booking for 2 Guests: When booking the apartment for 2 guests, by default, only the double bed will be prepared. If you wish to have both beds prepared, please tell us in advance (it will have an extra cost of 15€). 👉 Entrance Door Lock: Don't leave the key on the inside lock, when you leave the apartment. If you do so, it won't be possible to open the door from the outside, and you will be charged for the "opening door" specialized service. 👉 This is a self-catering apartment, and not a hotel, which means that the consumable supplies are not included. Nevertheless a few basic cleaning and kitchen supplies (toilet paper, trash bin plastic bag, for example) will be provided for the first days, so you won't have to run to the supermarket immediately after checking-in. 👉 Children & Terrace: Children have to be supervised while using the terrace. 👉 No Parties Allowed 👉 Late Check-in Fee (after 10pm) After 10pm a late check-in fee will be applied: from 10pm to 12am - 20€; from 12am to 1am - 30€. If you book the transfer service with us this fee will not be applied. The fee should be paid in cash directly to the person in charge of your check-in. 👉 Cleaning and Maintenance: The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before each guest's arrival. We kindly ask that you leave the apartment in a similar condition upon departure. 👉 Registered Guests Only: For safety, insurance, and compliance with building regulations, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Access is strictly prohibited for any third-party service providers, including but not limited to massage therapists, chefs, beauty technicians, and photographers. Please be aware that no refunds or reimbursements will be provided if you need to cancel a service due to this policy.
