The rooms available for guests are the family room, kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom & bath, second bedroom with double bed, 3rd bedroom single bed & desk (can be used as office), and back yard/patio. There are 3 full bathrooms available to guests. Guests have total privacy at all times, but host will be available for assistance if needed. Key access/lockbox code is provided for private entry. There is an excellent produce market (Estudillo Produce), high quality meat/deli/grocery store (Galvan's Market) , coffee/expresso shop, restaurants, all within walking distance. The Estudillo /Rite Aid shopping center is a just few blocks away. Many excellent places to eat in the area! Very nice neighbors, low traffic area, convenient access to freeway. BART is a short 4 min drive, only 1.6 miles away. There is also a bus stop about 100 feet away on Grand Ave, which is the main cross street. Plenty of shopping & restaurants in the area. Very easy access to freeways, great central location in Bay Area. Close to San Leandro Hospital, Kaiser Hospital, Eden Hospital, Kindred Hospital; all just a few minutes away.
