My little house

“MINHA CASINHA" is a small, independent, traditional house with a huge outdoor patio and garden. All outdoor spaces are shared with the host's home. The house is in a very quiet residential area, with good areas and lots of light. The garden has sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe!...The terrace, with a shed, has a table for outdoor dining. Everything is set up to make you feel as comfortable as in your own home, in a family atmosphere. The space The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (making the house ideal for 4 people), a multipurpose room as a living/dining/kitchen room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine, as well as the necessary equipment to prepare and serve simple meals. Linens and towels will be available. Cable TV, internet connection and wireless, games for children who can help you relax after a day of sightseeing. The garden has sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe!...The terrace, with a shed, has a table for outdoor dining. The surrounding area is very quiet, you can circulate safely by all means of transportation and on foot. Parking is free and without any difficulty. Everything is prepared for you to feel comfortable as if you were in your own home, in a family environment. Located in Vila Nova de Gaia, on the left bank of the Douro River, close to the city center of Porto (2 km). Served by buses to downtown Gaia and Porto, with connections to the metro, train station and airport. It is located next to a highway junction with excellent connections to the entire network of highways and expressways in this region. Very close to the historic center of Porto and Gaia, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you can visit a wide range of tourist attractions such as port wine cellars, museums, churches, bookstores, viewpoints, art galleries and lots of fun. You can also enjoy the riverside area of the Douro River, both on the Porto side and on the Gaia side, where you will find excellent restaurants, bars, monuments, boat trips, etc. If you like the sea/beach, you can enjoy the 17 blue-flag beaches along the approximately 15 km of Gaia's coastline. We speak Portuguese, but we can also understand each other in English, French and Spanish. You will certainly love the Porto/Gaia region while staying at “Minha Casinha”, which will be yours for as long as you wish.
