Guest access The only space not available is the garage. Everything else is accessible. Other things to note Kindly note that this property is NOT for commercial events or gatherings above 10 people. The property is in a residential area and it is important to respect the peaceful neighborhood environment and the quiet enjoyment of our neighbors. This house sheltered our family and others for many years, and we appreciate our guests respecting its role as a peaceful place to relax and commune with friends and family, not for commercial or large events. Gatherings that may result in loud noise outside, loud music, other behavior that will reflect poorly in the neighborhood, or more than 10 people visiting the property at any one time are strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to penalize guests for violations of these policies. Also please note there is NO smoking allowed inside the house. Smoking inside the house will result in an additional cleaning fee . There is a pet fee of $25 a day .
