This is a clean and comfortable apartment with stunning views of the West Coast. Lift access is available to the apartment from the ground floor. A private car parking space is also available in our private car park. Wifi available. The space Our apartment is a cosy clean homely two bedroom penthouse apartment. The master bedroom has its own en-suite (with a stand in shower, toilet and basin) and a king size bed. While the second bedroom has 2 guest single beds with another 2 single beds underneath which pull out on the floor to provide 4 single beds. We also have a main bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin, shower/bath. The kitchen living room area is an open space with superb views of the West Coast. The kitchen is fully equipped with smart tv, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, kitchen utensils and gas cooking facilities. A washing machine and tumble dryer is also provided. Wifi is also within the apartment. The apartment is accessible from our private car park and from the main street, which is only accessible to the 6 apartments in the block. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor which is private as only two apartments are situated on the this floor. Guest access Guests enter the apartment by the communal door accessed by the 6 apartments from the street and the car park. The apartment shares the third floor with one other apartment. The guest has the entire apartment to access. Other things to note The building has 6 apartments in total. There are 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the second floor and 2 on the third floor. All apartment residents share the front door and door to car park.
