This beachfront apartment is situated on the main bathing beach, Willard Beach. It has three bedrooms,which sleeps 6 people.There are 2 bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is no washing machine. The lounge has a plasma TV with DSTV (commercial package).Please bring your own beach towels. It is conveniently situated across the road from Ballito Steps a small shopping centre with a Checkers food store and next door to the La Montagne hotel. The space This beautifully furnished, modern beach front apartment is situated on the main bathing beach, Willard beach and has an INVERTER. The complex is safe and secure, next to La Montagne Hotel and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is a lift in the complex. It has three bedrooms, which sleeps 6 people in 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds, the main and second bedroom open up onto the balcony. There are 2 bathrooms with showers. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, and tumble dryer. There is no washing maching but there is a Laundromat in the area. The lounge has a plasma T.V with DSTV (commercial package) and opens up onto a balcony with stunning seaviews and a view of the pool and braai area. There are 2 allocated parking bays for your vehicle - one is upstairs and one is undercover. There is a gas braai in the unit and there are communal braai’s at the pool. The apartment has a built in lock up safe for your valuables. There is no guest parking in the complex. Please bring your own beach towels. Guest access Guests are able to access the communal swimming pool situated on the premises. Other things to note We welcome you to a fully equipped self-catering apartment. Upon check-in the beds will be dressed and towels will be provided for each guest for your convenience (Guest visits that exceed 7 days will include a linen change and cleaning service on the 8th day). Beach Towels are not supplied. In addition we also supply a compact starter pack which includes Tea/Coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, moisturiser, a black bag and a dish sponge. This is a self-catering apartment and you will receive a cleaning service every day (except Sundays and public holidays). Your towels will be changed on the 4th day and you will get a towel and linen change on the 8th day. Any other additional linen and towel changes are at an additional charge (Please contact our office 24 hours in advance for us to assist you further).
