He’s just a rooster that’s always been in the neighborhood and everybody just leaves him be. Im not responsible for water, power, or internet service issues that may happen during your stay due to whatever is going on in the local area that might be out of my control. I do have a dog Lilly The space cozy room with individual room temperature control for your comfort During your stay usually we will be home, but respect your space and privacy . We can interact as much or as little as you want to. we can be easily reached through text. Other things to note We have stayed at many Airbnb places and love doing so, it offers affordable solutions to places we want to stay with more individual, personalized spaces . We always enjoy seeing other Airbnb spaces and we've met some amazing host during some of our travels. If we don’t have a guest the night before and you’re wanting check in early or a guest coming the day of your check out we are flexible on our times. The times would need to be discussed prior to booking. We understand from staying in Airbnbs ourselves that these are people's homes and that some people's ideas of cleanliness might be different than ours. I do look for effort on their part, but I'm not looking for perfection. However, we do go out of our way to make it clean and inviting and homey, but it is our lived in main home please take that into consideration. We ask that you respect our home and our privacy our bedroom is off limits. If you need anything dont hesitate to ask I might have it or can accommodate. Unfortunately not to long ago our area was impacted by a tornado and efforts are still being made to clean up debris on some of my street and surrounding areas, but we've almost got it. We have come to love our little town of Brewton and hope you will also it's small, country surroundings, salt of the earth type people. Although small we have been able to find things we need and plenty to do. The house is on relatively quiet street, but you will occasionally hear kids outside playing which personally nowadays I enjoy, the sound is a rare treat. Also, I gotta mention the rooster Mr.Pecker he crows every morning and randomly when he sees fit lol so take that into consideration if your light sleeper. The chickens also let it be known they laid me some butt nuggets lol. Things to note : I usually have to wake up at 5:15am during the week to get ready for work I do try to get ready quietly, but if you’re a light sleeper I just wanted to give you a heads up on that. We are animal lovers, we know what it's like to wanna go somewhere and not wanna leave the pooch behind, but we do expect you to clean up after your pet inside and outside. Also, if you leave to go explore or go to store they have to ride along with you, but hey if they like mine ( I have one dog Lilly) she loves to ride too! We have a one dog limit for our home. You need to inform us that you’re bringing a dog prior to booking. Sorry no cats.
