Prepare your favorite meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and essentials like coffee and sugar. For a breath of fresh air, step out onto your private patio, furnished with an outdoor seating area perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. Guest access Nestled in a prime location, you are just a short walk from the best of Snohomish. Getting Around While many local attractions are within walking distance, we recommend arriving by car to make the most of the region. The apartment serves as a great base for wider exploration, with downtown Seattle just a 45-minute drive away. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules: *No smoking is allowed inside the building. *Pets are welcome! Up to two pets are allowed per stay. Please note: The booking platform automatically collects a fee for one pet. If you plan to bring a second pet, an additional $50 fee will be requested separately. Important Information *Please be aware that this apartment is located on the upper level of the building. Access is via a private rear entrance that requires climbing a short flight of stairs. * The picture of the Stair is posted, please double check to make sure it's suitable to your needs. * There is long term renter downstairs, please keep your noise to minimal while you are there.
