No smoking. No pets. The space Everything in the bedroom is available for use. This room is larger (120 sq ft) than my other bedroom and is closer to the bathroom. You have access to the washer, drier, and laundry soap. You also have access to the 75-inch tv. You may use the kitchen and living room. There is potential for other Airbnb guests to be here as well. Most of the time the place is pretty quiet. Most people are staying here for work or until they get an apartment. Guest access The kitchen, laundry room, and living room are available for your use. During your stay Text me if you need something. Other things to note I have a strict no smoking policy. If that is broken, you will be charged an extra $100 cleaning fee. If you cannot avoid smoking outside while here, please bring an air freshener for the room.
