Vacations at Lake Constance

Our cozy non-smoking penthouse apartment invites you to take a vacation (optimally 5, max. 6 people). Bright furnishings, fresh colors and solid wood floors exude lightness and a holiday feeling. The apartment, 50 sqm, 3 rooms, Wi-Fi, kitchen, bathroom with shower is located in a 3-family house on the edge of the city center of Friedrichshafen, 5 minutes' walk to Lake Constance, 10 minutes to the old town and 3 minutes to the bus. Public parking is available. The space In each of the three rooms there is a comfortable double bed, each 1.40 m wide, a wardrobe or a dresser and a table. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cookware, has a dishwasher, a stove with oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine and a pad machine. Towels, bed linen, hairdryer and fan complete the furnishings. Unfortunately, pets cannot be brought along. Guest access Free parking is conveniently located right on the side of the road in front of the house. Your bicycles have enough space in the shared bicycle garage of the house. Other things to note Enjoy the stay and take advantage of the proximity to the lake shore (about 400 m) with swimming facilities, the good starting point for activities in nature, boat trips and excursions. Parties in the apartment are not allowed. Check-out on the last day of booking by 10 am.
