Our 2 Bedroom Modern & Cozy apartment is located in a very peaceful neighborhood with easy access to major roads, golf courses, supermarkets, malls, & pharmacy. It has 2 bedroom with 1 queen size bed each, laundry with washer & dryer, complementary 1 time use of toiletries and toilet tissue, complete kitchen with basic kitchen utensils, plates & pots, living room, high speed internet, tv box & Fire stick available plus balcony facing the swimming pool of the property with a beautiful lake view. The space The property also comes with parking space and it is located at the 2nd floor. The property has 3 flat screen TVs, one in the living room with local tv cable and Tv box with 1k chanels and one in each bedroom with local tv chanels and Amazon Fire stick. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the shared swimming pool if available, wifi internet, local TV, and 2 parking spaces. Please note the Swimming pool is a shared pool and is managed by the building and it's not what you are paying for when you rent the property. The shared swimming pool cleaning schedule is once a week. Its availability can be compromised by a cleaning and maintenance schedule which the host has no control over so if that's a deal breaker for you, we highly recommend reconsidering booking this property. Any incident or complaint about the shared pool is out of the host's control as well as the maintenance schedule of the swimming pool. Guests can use the shared swimming pool at their own risk. Other things to note The property comes with 1 time use of complementary basic toiletries and 1 complimentary role of paper tissue. Conplementary liquid dish washer detergent included. Laundry detergent not included. Trash should be taken out everyday by guest to be disposed at the building Main Trash Bin located outside of the building, near the gate. LOST KEYS 🔑 will have a extra flat fee charge of US$25 dollars. DAMAGED DOOR LOCK 🚪will have a extra flat fee charge of US$150. EXTRA CLEANING US$25 per extra hour. If TV has no channels showing, please look for option SOURCE or INPUT on remote control of TV to switch to the right HDMI where TV cable/antena is connected to available of local TV channels.
