Garden View Jesmond (en-suite), own front door.

This is our downstairs room (with en-suite shower). The private entrance is through the sliding door from our garden accessed round the side of the house. Breakfast comes on a tray to take on a table in your room (juice, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, coffee or tea). We also list 2 upstairs rooms (1 ensuite, 1 with separate bathroom) but this room allows complete social distancing and avoids stairs! It’s very quiet but Jesmond’s bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. The space This house was completely revamped in 2016 and is warm, quiet and comfortable. It has won two awards for our builder. From the outside it looks like a little lodge, but is very bright and airy inside. We love living here, and we hope you will enjoy staying! For information in these (hopefully) post Covid times, the bedding is John Lewis cotton which is washed at 90 degrees. All the surfaces are wipeable and disinfected between guests. The ensuite shower room is also completely sanitised between bookings. Guest access For this downstairs room we ask you to use the private garden entrance at all times, so that you do not have to be in the main house. The door from the room to the rest of the house is lockable from the inside. We will serve your breakfast on a tray in the room, up to 10am Other things to note We do not allow smoking or vaping anywhere in or near the house. We have a cat. He is not allowed in the bedrooms and has his own accommodation where he is secured at night. We also have a burglar alarm and cctv. Our floors are not stiletto friendly so high heels and kitten heels have to come off. Also the floors can be noisy so if you are coming in late, shoes off is a good idea!
