The apartment is in the beautiful seaside suburb of Varkiza, only 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach. It has a PRIVATE TERRACE with fantastic sunrise view to the sea and it is fully airconditioned! The elevator in the building will take you to the fourth floor and there is a staircase to lead you to the fifth . The apartment is only a block away from the coast and easily accessible to the city center, port or Airport. This is ideal for beach lovers! The centre of Varkiza , 5 min walk from my apartment, is privileged by having local beaches and restaurants. It offers everything someone might ever needs. In a very small area you can find all necessities from banks, drug stores, bakeries, super markets, up to traditional tavernas, outdoor cinemas, playground for kids ,pastry shops cocktail bars next to the beach! The best way to come to Varkiza is by taxi. It costs around 35 euros and takes you 30 min to come. You can also come by bus if you like. You can take the X96 or X97 from the airport and than (after 7 stops) change at Vari church and take the bus 117. After 6 stops you will arrive at Varkiza square and you can walk 5 min to the apartment.
