If you have any questions, please feel free to message us! The unit is a newly renovated 1 Bedroom Lower Level Apartment in a historic townhome in Baltimore city. There is a large bedroom with a king size bed as well as a smaller sofa bed. There is also a kitchen with full amenities (cooktop, microwave, countertop oven, fridge, basic cookware/utensils, spices and oil). Guest access You will have the entire basement suite to yourself. It is a completely separate from the top unit. The suite is only accessible via a set of exterior steep stairs leading to the basement entrance. Please be mindful of this prior to booking if you have any limitations that make it difficult to ascend and descend stairs fully. Other things to note We live in the unit above the apartment with our two (2) small dogs and toddler. We try our best to keep noise levels to a minimum for our guests. But please be aware you will hear footsteps, dogs barking, and kid noises during early morning (6am - 9am) and early evening (6pm-9pm) hours on weekdays. During weekends we are typically home so you are likely to hear more activity during the daytime. We adore kids and animals but unfortunately our space is not suitable for infants, children or pets at this time. The unit has central heat/AC. However, the thermostat is not located in the unit. If you desire heating/cooling changes just notify us and we are happy to adjust the thermostat. Also, we've provided portable fans and heaters in the unit for our guests added comfort.
