Tiny Paradise on the Quarry

Featured in People Magazine's HGTV special edition magazine. Missouri Life Magazine listed it as one of the top 9 gems in Missouri. Also featured as one of the four fall get-a-ways in 417 Magazine's. St. Louis Magazine listed it as the coolest Airbnb in their Aug/Sept 2019 issue. You are welcome to have more than two guest. The space We list that the Tiny House is suitable for 2. We provide bedding for 3 as someone can sleep on the full size couch. Several have had up to 6 in their party. We would rather not have that many but understand some families have small children and more than 4. The couch does not pull out to a bed. You are more than welcome to bring any size of a blow-up mattress. Many guests have done just that and placed it on the main floor. NO SMOKING ALLOWED!!! (Guest will be billed if any signs of smoke smell in the house). WiFi is available but service can sketchy due to location of the house. Our hope is you can totally disconnect and reconnect with yourself and the ones with you. Keep in mind it’s a tiny house with tiny/kind of steep staircase to a roomy loft with king bed. Guest access You will have access to your own private dock and deck. The dock is equipped with lounge chairs and a water slide. The deck has patio furniture as well as a gas and fireplace. (Be sure to shut it off after use - if on when you check out you will be billed $20) We hate to do that BUT so many have left them on. Also, lower rates in the winter months. All fishing is catch and release. If you want to fish, you can rent a pole for $10/day. You are welcome to have guests visit you while you are staying in Paradise for the day. Day guests are $25 and can use paddle boats, kayaks, swim, etc. Other things to note Check-out is at 11 A.M. unless arrangements have been made beforehand. You can check in early or out late for an extra fee depending on availability. If you fail to return the house key there will be a $100 fee. We do have security cameras on the property. NONE inside the house or even around Paradise. They are all on our house, garage and golf simulator. Yes, Paradise does have a shower in the bathroom. :-). No sink—however step right out the door to the sink….remember it’s a tiny house :-). Also, there is NOT an oven but there is a cook top! NOTE we say 6 people can stay but we only have one king bed and a couch for one. We have had 6 40 yr old women stay. It is what you make it! Make memories and be crowded! :-)
