St MARC/mer 44- in the SOUTH of Brittany - The beach is a few minutes' walk away... and the garden is available for a lunch break in the sun. Sea 500 m away - Pornichet 6 km away Part of villa: nice and large studio (30 m2), all comfort for 2 adults (poss. 1 additional child: conditions on request). VERY QUIET Private Area - Outdoor PARKING, garden. Small covered terrace to store your bicycles or shelter for lunch + garden furniture under the cherry tree + deckchairs and barbecue. The space The apartment is large (30 m2), very well oriented (east-west) and therefore very bright and sunny. Direct access to the apartment from the garden, by a slightly steep staircase... (therefore not recommended for people with mobility difficulties). We are very careful to present a very clean and pleasant accommodation. The seaside-style decoration is simple but recent and cheerful. Guest access Access to the garden that we happily share. Other things to note For practical and availability reasons, we rent the apartment from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. However, for other periods, please don't hesitate to contact us...
