Little Sycamore Cottage on the New River

This listing is for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage directly on the New River with a full length front porch and TV sunroom. 19 miles to Blacksburg Nearby attractions include The Cascades Recreation Area, Mountain Lake, and access to hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. Kayaking and canoeing available from local outfitters. Holidays/ graduation are a 3 night minimum. The space Towels are provided, but guests must bring their own sheets. All beds are queen size. Guest access Absolutely no use of locked kayaks or canoe on property. Other things to note A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, however there is an additional fee of $15/ per pet/per night. If you plan on bringing a pet, please message us letting us know, and we will send you a request for the additional fee after you have sent your request to book. Thank you! Rates are inclusive for up to 4 people. There is an additional fee of $30 per person/per night thereafter. No reservations larger than 8 people. There are 3 queen size beds, and a double futon sofa bed if you intend to sleep 8 people.
