Cozy apartment with free parking in the middle of the city, in a quiet area. A few minutes walk to bus, train, boat, city center and hospital. Perfect for larger groups, students gathering, commuters, temporary workers and people who need to live close to the hospital. Fitness equipment available. There is good wifi, TV in both living rooms, one of which has Chromecast, the other has Apple TV. All 3 bedrooms also have TV with Chromecast. No events or parties are allowed in the apartment. The space You can use the entire apartment, except for the storage rooms outside the apartment, as well as a locked closet in the bedroom. The host has personal belongings in the apartment as we live here ourselves when it is not rented. On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (180 cm and 120 cm beds), bathroom and laundry room. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a 90 cm bed, a bedroom with a 150 cm bed, and a toilet. In the basement there is some simple exercise equipment that can be used (elastic band, free weights and sling). Bikes can be borrowed by appointment. Smart bike trainer with bike can be borrowed if the tenant is used to using such equipment. There is a workspace and free Wi-Fi, so it's perfect for a home office and for students. 1 free parking space in front of the garage, in addition to parking in the street. Guest access 1 free parking in front of the garage, besides that there is parking in the street. Bus in the parallel street every 10 minutes during the day and evening that goes to the airport, among other places.
