Comfortable spacious apartment at central position

This spacious, recently renovated apartment lies on a central yet quiet street in Kalamata. From here you can stroll to both the city center and the port in just a few minutes. It’s a perfect base for anyone who wants to feel the city’s lively rhythm while enjoying a comfortable retreat. Whether your days take you into town, out to the beaches, or up into the nearby mountains, everything is within easy reach. The space This high-standard Kalamata apartment is furnished in a modern Greek style, just as a local family would use it. It’s on the third floor of a four-story building, where each floor holds one apartment. The other apartments are home to friendly Greek families, giving the house a welcoming neighborhood feel. When you enter, you step into the spacious living room, bright with two balconies — one facing south and one east. Next to it is the open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, with its own dining table and direct access to the south balcony. Near the entrance you’ll find the smaller bathroom with a shower. Further along the corridor, on the left, are two bedrooms, both opening onto west-facing balconies. At the end of the corridor lies the main bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. Bedroom No. 1 can be arranged with either two single beds or one double bed. When booking, please let us know which setup you prefer. Guest access The apartment is located on the third floor of a four-story building. The building has a main entrance, with both an elevator and a staircase serving all floors. The apartment occupies the entire third floor, so there are no neighbors on the same level. The whole space is for your private use. And just a small note: although the apartment is on the third floor, the elevator button you need to press is “2” — for reasons unknown to us, that’s simply how it was installed. Other things to note A washing machine is at your disposal, along with the essentials you need for doing laundry. This is meant to make your stay easier if you have one or two loads to wash. If you’d like to do more, please use your own detergent. In the apartment you’ll also find a first aid kit, equipped with the basics you’d expect, plus a few homoeopathic remedies. For anything more serious, don’t hesitate to contact us for further assistance. Please note that the apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies, where ashtrays are provided. For hygiene reasons, bath towels should remain in the apartment. Extra towels are available for the beach — just let us know if you have any questions about this.
