Hello, I'm Jože, a father of three and a happy husband. My wife Staša and I believe in sharing smiles and good energy, which is why we opened our home to travelers from around the world. The space Located on the first floor, there is staircase to reach the apartment. - The apartment offer 3 spacious bedrooms, combining a sleeping area with a comfortable living space. Bed sheets provided, changed upon request. 1. King size double bed 2. Queen size double bed 3. Queen size double bed & single bed - The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. It includes an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and a filter coffee machine. An electric kettle with a variety of teas, sugar, peper, salt (spices & oils provided upon request). - The apartment has 2 bathrooms accessible from the hallway, each with a shower and toilet. Towels, toilet paper, soap, hairdryer, washing machine and drying stands are provided. One bathroom is smaller. - Open-air terrace accessible from the kitchen with views of Julijan alps with Triglav mountain, and the Karavanke mountain chain. - Covered terrace has view of the garden, and the swimming pool. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi & air conditioning in 2 bedrooms. See the floor plan to view the apartment’s layout. Guest access You're welcome to enjoy our spacious shared garden, complete with a seasonal swimming pool, deckchairs, badminton... and other sports equipment. There’s also a barbecue area and a shared dining room with kitchen, where you’ll find board games, local maps, and sometimes even extra kitchen tools you might need. We also have a vegetable garden nearby. Feel free to pick veggies and fruits. Parking: Private parking included next to the apartment. Let us know if you have 2 cars. Public Transport The bus stop is just around the corner, making it easy to reach Bled, Bohinj, Kranjska Gora, or Ljubljana. The name of the stop is Radovljica zahod. The Lesce-Bled train station is about a 15-minute walk away. If you’re arriving by train, just let us know—we’ll gladly pick you up. Other things to note Tourist tax is included in the price. Baby bed costs 5€ per night. Additional bed can be made on sofas - additional fee. We offer bike rentals - mountain bikes, electric bikes. In our garden, we create delicious homemade treats like strawberry, currant, and grape marmalades, herbal teas, seasonal vegetables and honey. You’re warmly invited to try them during your stay!
