The space The historic building is over 100 years old and once housed the Nash Auto Dealership decades ago. Explore the original floors with Nash logos, original brick walls, and even a car elevator that used to hoist the steel cars up 3 floors! The rooms are modern and clean with a complete and total renovation of the space in 2021. Check out the International influence among all of the custom furniture, and please ask us any questions about any item! Also our bar downstairs is open everyday for a drink and conversation before you head out into the city! Did you know: Inside this internationally inspired hotel, there is a hidden room different from all the others. Room 520 is a cozy speakeasy bar with unique cocktails and an intimate vibe. Receive your room code at the front desk/bar of SOVA and use your passcode to unlock the door hidden somewhere within SOVA... then unlock the immaculate vibes inside Dallas’s smallest cocktail lounge. For reservations, please visit Yelp and search for Room 520. Reservations are strongly encouraged in advance due to limited capacity. Hours are 7-11:30p Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. For more information, please send a direct message. We hope you find us! Guest access Check-in is at the bar/front-desk space which is open 24/7. We also serve coffee with beans sourced from a local company! Please note that check-in is at 3pm (CT) and checkout is at 11am. Early check-in is subject to availability and an applicable fee of 25 USD. Parking: We chose our location because it is easy walking distance to most parts of the city so get ready to ditch your car when you arrive and see the city the best way! That being said, we want to make sure your car is nice and tucked in and gets some good rest like we hope you do in our nice sheets! For parking options we recommend the following option: 2104 Commerce St: This lot is directly across the street of the entrance to SOVA. It is located on the corner of Pearl and Main and is up against a brick building with a large mural with "East Quarter" written on it. They have a great 24 hour rate that that is $11 for 24 hours and allows you to come and go for the duration of your hours in the lot. There are several other downtown lots but most run $20-30 so we typically recommend the across the street! You simply text the number on the various sign along the wall in the lot and you will be directed to a link. But if you cannot find the signs for some reason, here is the information listed on it. Text PCA43 to 25023 to get started! Other things to note There is someone up front 24 hours everyday! There is a number that directly accesses the front desk at all hours. This means we are always around to serve a cup of coffee, a drink, or just to chat about your trip! We have coffee and drinks from local companies that we are excited to show you!
