The Hideout...a bright and sunny staycation

The Hideout is a quirky, compact, little flat attached to my home but with it's own private entrance. It's a studio with shower room and small, simple kitchenette - adequate to rustle up breakfast and lunch but not a Sunday roast! It's bright, airy & recently redurbished. Situated in a quiet avenue, it's peaceful and has plenty of free on-street parking. Access is via a secure garage, ideal for bikes/golf clubs/surf boards etc. This little haven is perfect for couples or solo adventurers. The space Access to the Hideout is via the garage as the private entrance is at the back of the house. You will have two keys - one for the garage door and the other for the Hideout. Be aware there are stairs in the Hideout so it is unsuitable for anyone with mobility challenges. Due to the size of the kitchen it has all the basics except an oven. There is a double-ring electric hob, fridge, sink, toaster, kettle, microwave and airfryer, so it’s more than adequate for a breakfast or lunch ... but sure you're on holiday and there are a ton of fabulous foodie options in the town, a short stroll along the prom away! And finally please be "noise-conscious" in the evenings - I have a young child who is early to bed and this is a quiet residential street with some elderly folks next door. Guest access The Hideout is a stand alone property with its own access. So it is for the guest’s own private use. The washing machine and dryer are in the garage but are also completely for guest usage. Other things to note We have a new puppy, well almost new, she just turned one year old. She is super excitable and while I will endeavour to keep her away from the Hideout, if you leave the door open she may try to pop in for licks and cuddles. If you are not a “dog person” let me know so I can take extra care to ensure she doesn’t approach or upset you.
