Though the apartment is tiny, it has everything you need … it possesses beaucoup de charme and character with wood beams and an exposed stone wall. Walk up the ancient wood staircase just one floor and you’ve arrived at your 15 sq meter flat. It is perfect for one person or two lovebirds seeking a clandestine rendezvous. This well-utilized space includes a really small kitchen that contains two stove burners, a small fridge, a toaster, electric kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Pass thru the beaded curtain into the living space which has been decorated with flea market art, and a comfy bed, a small table near the window and a flowered velvet chair. The window looks out onto St. Catherine Square, with its restaurants and the garden cafe of a small cute hotel. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and a mini sink with a collection of antique mirrors. Guest access You have the whole apartment. Other things to note This is a jewel box of an apt (be still my heart!). If the pics have won you over, you may never want to leave. Which is good, because the city of Paris only lets you rent it for thirty days or more. Our furnished studio is rented under the framework of a mobility lease for duration up to 10 months. 1-What is the mobility lease? The mobility lease is a lease for the rental of furnished accommodations for the time period of 1 to 10 months. Its objective is to provide access to housing for people who need long term accommodations. 2- Who can rent with a mobility lease: Effective on the date of the lease, the tenant must be in one of the following situations and make the accommodation his residence: Professional training Graduate studies Apprenticeship contract Traineeship Voluntary engagement as part of a civic service Job transfer Temporary assignment / relocation in the context of his professional activity 3-The mobility lease cannot be renewed. This means that once it is over, it is not possible to extend the duration of the mobility lease, nor to start a new lease with the same tenant.
