Description
Our farmhouse is so close to Scamander and the key word is peacefulness. The farmhouse is a three bedroom home with all amenities provided. So relaxing , comfortable too but not super modern and if that is your bent you should look elsewhere. On cold nights sit beside a wood fire or in summer enjoy a BBQ on the verandah. Fruit trees and berries are grown on the farm and surrounded by our own and state forests. Lots of walks, bike rides & near the beach, reserves and the Scamander river. wifi The space Feed the animals, picking fruit a possibility in season. Rock climbing at South Sister, trout or salt water fishing in the Scamander River and much more. In summer we start picking fruit early as it gets too hot late in the day. As such we need our sleep and would therefore prefer guests who are not party goers. We promise not to disturb you too. Guest access Guests are free to roam all over the property. Walk to our dam, see our orchards and berry patches or just walk along some of the fire trails through untouched bushland. You can help feed the chooks and gueese and if keen can have a go at picking seasonal fruit. Other things to note From mid December to end of January (the main holiday period) we only accept min 3 night bookings but you are welcome to fill in any gaps that occur in between. Eureka Farm is a great spot to base yourself and do day trips. Registration Details Exempt: This listing falls under Section 12 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993
