The apartment is part of a modern building located in front of a pleasant park and at the same time located in the heart of the city but away from the hustle and bustle of other streets. It offers an ideal location from which to take a pleasant walk to Madrid's most emblematic places, including the Almudena Cathedral (5 min), the Royal Palace of Madrid (10 min) and the Basilica of San Francisco el Grande (2 min). The space The apartment is ready for you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Amenities include free WiFi, 4K TV, as well as high-end toiletries and amenities. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware for four people. It consists of a ceramic stovetop, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and all the basic kitchen utensils. The apartment is perfectly air-conditioned, with good ventilation and large windows that make it very bright. Guest access In the building itself, we have a free, secure place with security cameras where you can leave your luggage if you arrive at the apartment before check-in time or if you wish to leave your luggage after check-out. If you think we've forgotten something or anything else we can improve, please let us know so we can improve the stay for future guests. Other things to note For reservations made by two guests, please let us know if you'll need the sofa bed to be set up.
