Fully furnished getaway (queen bed) 10 min. from downtown Oxford, Miami, and Hamilton. Non-smoking inside room (smoking outside only). On owners lot located on 2 acres. Air mattresses available to accomodate additional guests. Note for returning guests--upstairs room is no longer available for rent. The suite is located on ground floor with queen size bed, dish washer, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, kitchen sink, full bath, TV, Wifi, closet, heating and A/C, basic dishes and utensils, cooking pans. Air mattresses available for additional guests Please park immediately in front of the apartment. The keys are inside on the table. You have access to wifi and television. You are welcome to walk the property and sit by the pond. Also you may fish the pond if you desire but we ask that you release all fish you catch. We will be present during your stay but typically interact very little with our guests to give them space and privacy. We love to chat with our guests though if they make conversation. Definitely a country setting. Local houses are on minimum 5 acre plats so there is significant distance between houses which makes the setting very quiet and relaxing. There is an Angus cow farm across the street and large acreage behind. Our acreage is full of beautiful shade trees which are great for personal hammocks or enu's. We also have multiple cats on the property and two very friendly dogs. We are pet-friendly! Parking is available right next to the apt. Also conveniently located less than 10 minutes from west side of Hamilton. Nearby restaurants: Walt's BBQ is a local favorite, also Texas Roadhouse, Larosas (local pizza which is excellent), Skyline Chili (home of the famous Cincinnati Chili which can only be found around here). In Oxford there are fabulous local restaurants which are all centrally located near High St.--Mac N Joe's has the top rated hamburger in the greater Cincinnati area, Paesano's is one of my all-time favorite Italian restaurant which is uptown. If you like Indian food my favorites is Krishna on High St, all my birthday-like favorite is Steinkeller's which serves the BEST authentic German food with great German beer! I also really like our mexican reataurants--El Burrito Loco, Fiesta Charra, and La Pinata. All are good but I most frequent El Burrito Loco. We are pet friendly. We have 1 dogs and 1 cat which go in and out of our house.Also fresh towels, fresh sheets, coffee provided.
