Quaint little 500 sq ft cabin🏡 just two blocks from Lake Eufaula and some amazing fishing! Located in the Sandy Bass Bay 4 addition off Texanna Rd! Beautiful big yard for grilling and a big fire pit area (wood provided). Quiet neighborhood! Cabin is located on back of owner’s 1/2 acre with guest parking. Owner lives on property. One LARGE bedroom with king bed, storage and electric fireplace to keep you toasty! Queen couch in living room sleeps one person! **NO PETS **NO SMOKING The space The living room has a sofa, a 55 in streaming tv and a small dining area. The toilet is closed off from the bath area. There is a small area that has a microwave, kuerig coffee maker and small ice machine. The house also has a full size fridge. Guest access Guests have a private access and will not be disturbed. Other things to note The Lake is just 2 blocks north of the cabin within easy walking distance!
