The all brick home is perfect for large or small families or groups looking for the perfect getaway! The front porch is perfect for rocking the days away in 8 wooden adirondack chairs. The shoreline is solid rock dropping off into emerald green water. The master bedroom is on the main level with a large master bath. The main level also includes a family room with large screen tv with dish network, a dining room with a large farm table that seats 8. The kitchen is also on the main level with a breakfast room table that seats 6-8. There are two full sized refrigerators, a dishwasher, an ice machine, a keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker and two half baths on the main level. Upstairs there are two full baths, one with a tub shower combo and the other with a large soaking tub. There are 4 good sized bedrooms with beds and two additional rooms that we like to call the "boys room" and the "girls room". Each of these rooms have a queen size bed and two twin beds. The garage has been converted to the "teen/kid room" complete with a sofa and loveseat sized sofa perfect for lounging in front of the 60" tv with dish network. There is also a full size ping pong table. The most beautiful sunset on Smith Lake can be seen from the fabulous sitting area on the point of the lot. This area outside boasts a fabulous view of the lake with outdoor hanging lights with a fire pit and 8 adirondack chairs. The house has a private driveway. There is outdoor seating for dining for 10. The boat dock is a large dock complete with two separate sides for sunbathing and lounging. There are 2 lounge chairs and 8 adirondack chairs for comfortable seating. There is a water slide on one side. There is also one boat slip that is available. There is a washer and dryer in the master bedroom closet.
