Domaine des Pindouls, pool, near Toulouse.

The PINDOULS estate includes a completely renovated, spacious house surrounded by a beautiful wooded and enclosed park of more than 8000 m². Please call Marie when you arrive at the gate so she can come and greet you It is a peaceful oasis at the gates of Toulouse (25 km) that combines relaxation, sport and leisure in the middle of nature for a minimum stay of 2 nights. Depending on your needs, it is possible to add real beds and increase the capacity. The space The DOMAINE DES PINDOULS is vast with a large enclosed and wooded park of more than 8000 m2. This beautiful character home comfortably accommodates 16 people in 6 bedrooms. If there are more of you, it is possible to add real beds in an alcove and an office to reach 20 beds. A 7th very large optional room can also be added in addition, which then allows to accommodate 25 guests: in these cases, check with Marie what can be done and the costs. You have access to the garden of about one hectare including a large 6-meter by 12-meter swimming pool which is secured by a pretty enclosed garden and equipped with high wooden gates for the safety of children and horses. The pool is not heated, and is accessible from mid-May until mid-September. The organization of a PARTY or EVENT is possible but please submit your project to Marie beforehand in order to check together what is feasible. Read the OTHER NOTES section to help you describe your event and then we'll discuss it together. The pool is reserved for guests of the Domaine des Pindouls. It will not be the place for parties or celebrations for safety reasons and respect for the neighborhood regarding noise pollution. Playing music on the estate is possible, but the speakers must be IN the cottage so as not to cause noise pollution for the neighborhood... If there are a lot of you and the cottage is not enough... The Domaine des Pindouls also offers for rent a magnificent wooden CABIN built in 2020 in the hollow of an uprooted bicentennial pine tree (for 5 people, see the listing): THE CABIN IN THE PINE TREE HOLLOW. It is located at the entrance of the estate and is made private by log separations. The cabiners are completely independent of the cottage with their parking space, bathrooms, terrace with barbecue and kitchenette. Everyone can therefore go about their business without being bothered and the cohabitation between "treehouse dwellers" and "cottage dwellers" goes perfectly, also offering beautiful encounters! If you want to be the only travelers on the estate, it is possible to privatize the place for a fee to be arranged with Marie. The rental of the estate can be done over a period of 2 nights minimum on weekdays or on weekends (except long weekends always rented over their entire duration) and in SUMMER, the estate is generally rented by the WEEK from Saturday to Saturday except in special cases. Priority is given to hosting large groups of about 20/25 people. Please let us know about your plans and we'll give you a quote for renting the entire estate. Marie is passionate about horseback riding. Horses live in the surrounding meadows and some are prepared at the entrance of the estate before going outside. If you want to talk with her, it will be with great pleasure! When possible, you can also help her feed the horses if you wish. All the best and I hope to see you soon at the Domaine des Pindouls. Guest access The PINDOULS estate is very quiet and ideally located between Toulouse (25 km) and Montauban about ten kilometers from a highway exit (exit 11 Saint Jory) When you come, you can go through the small village of Bouloc where you will find everything you need to enjoy yourself!!! There's even an Intermarché drive-through if you want to get your groceries delivered there. Other things to note For shopping, you have everything in Bouloc (5 min) with an Intermarché, a gas station, an excellent bakery (Feuillet Frères on the square) and a butcher (Boucherie Occitane on the same square) that will delight foodies! During the SUMMER holidays, we favor stays of a minimum WEEK except for exceptions and priority is given to large groups with the possible addition of a 7th large room. Linens provided include bath mats, mattress covers and pillow protectors, but you will need to BRING YOUR SHEETS AND TOWELS. If it's really a problem for you to bring them, check with Marie about the possibility of renting them in addition to help you out. Possibility to walk from the cottage (GR markings), on foot, by bike if you bring them or even on horseback! (If you want to ride a horse, 3 clubs are 5 minutes from the cottage) We can accommodate your horses in large shaded paddocks secured by electrified tape fences with the possibility of prairie shelters. Many hiking trails are located at the foot of our estate with flat or uneven routes ranging from 1 to 5 hours with very little road. Thus, you can reach Fronton, Montjoire, the forest of Buzet or Vacquiers directly on horseback... Regarding the CLEANING FEES included, they are REDUCED given the large surface area of the cottage and the large number of beds but only include washing the floors and disinfecting contact surfaces. We therefore count on your participation to vacuum and/or sweep the floors, clean the kitchen and its appliances (fridge, ovens, stove and sink), bathrooms and toilets after your stay. If you want us to do it, it's possible after acceptance by Marie to add the additional cleaning option. All that's left is to vacuum/sweep the floors, take out your trash and do your dishes... Rates vary depending on the state of cleanliness of the house and it is understood that the house is returned in a "NORMAL" STATE OF DIRT linked to "normal" use without parties etc... When requesting to organize PARTIES or any EVENT with additional people, a special addendum specifies the conditions of this party with the day, time, approximate duration and total number of people (sleeping here or guests just for your event) and thus sets a framework as well as the additional costs of this event. Please check with Marie BEFORE your event what can be done on the estate, as well as the additional costs incurred.
