Casa Relax in the hills (300m) surrounded by greenery, suitable for a relaxing holiday in a quiet, cool environment, away from the noise and frenzy of everyday life. No traffic noise, just birdsong. The entire house is available, with a swimming pool, fenced and equipped, for the exclusive use of its guests. It is also the ideal place for a vacation with your four-legged friends. The 100 sqm farmhouse (for 5 people ) has a washing machine, dishwasher , satellite TV (no sky), DVD player, heating (LPL), barbecue, garden furniture and children's games. The house is spread across two floors. On the ground floor: large living-dining room with kitchenette, fireplace, sofa, armchairs and access to the garden (the kitchenette has: oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer, microwave, wall units and furniture). On the first floor: sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms, single room, bathroom with bathtub. ( in a double bedroom you can also put a cot for children up to 2 years old). The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The floors are made of original brick in the living area and parquet in the sleeping area. In the house are available: espresso machine, American coffee machine, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Outdoor garden with patio furniture and children's games. In the fenced area there is an above ground pool of 5.5x3 meters with shower, deck chairs, umbrellas and table.
