Stylishly furnished chalet in a super nice residential area with unobstructed views of the mountains and Lake Walen. Ideal starting point for hiking, water activities (swimming, canoeing, stand-up paddle, wind or kite surfing, sailing), close to climbing rocks/indoor facility. Ski and winter sports region: 15 min by car, Flumserberge. Sledding in the village (Habergschwend) Ideal for unwinding. For companies and/or business travelers, we offer a quiet oasis to recharge your batteries or hold meetings The space Sitting in front of the fireplace enjoying the beautiful view, eating or playing comfortably at the large table, enjoying being on the couch... there is enough space for it! With our small Stübli and the bedrooms on 2 floors, several people can also linger and take up space for themselves. Couples or just a few 1-3 visitors can make themselves comfortable on the upper floor and benefit from a price reduction on request Guest access I basically rent the whole house. There are no other residents or tenants at the same time. For stays of 1-4 people, we only offer the rooms / bathroom on the upper floor. Only after personal consultation, of course. In winter, 4x4 and/or chains are a must. In certain ski areas, such as Flumserberge, they require 4x4 plus chains for access to the mountain. A 4x4 is enough to reach the gondola station in Unterterzen. Other things to note Guest cards have been available to order since 2025. In addition, visitor's taxes (occupancy tax) are CHF 3.00/person per night. Children CH 1.50. charged. Every guest who has booked will receive a link from me to sign up for both. It is mandatory.
