We have two completely separate bedrooms with one with 3 and one with two beds. In the living room, another another person can sleep if necessary. The living room is open to the kitchen. In the house it is very quiet as no one else lives there. The garden area with pavilion and garden furniture and a grill smoker is available for our guests only. Other things to note We have limited cell phone reception but free Wi-Fi with private guest access.
