Cottage near beach, golf courses and mountains

Our cottage is located in a quiet residential area with a separate entrance and secure parking. It is a mere 4 minute walk to a lovely safe bathing beach. Shops and restaurants are nearby. A short drive will take you into the mountains to hike or climb, to wine farms or on scenic drives. Using the cottage as a base there are numerous golf courses one can access. The space The cottage is spacious and consists of a sunny and open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen area which opens up onto the garden - one side sunny, the other shaded. It has one separate bedroom with two single beds (which can be converted to a king if requested) and a bathroom-en-suite with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully fitted for self catering with a fridge, oven, hob and microwave. It has wooden floors throughout. A single bed can be added to the lounge area if requested making it suitable to accommodate 3 people. Guest access Guests have a separate entrance with secure off street parking. Barbeque (weber) facilities available in a shaded area with a picnic bench as well as access to a sunny garden. Other things to note Internet access with wi-fi is available throughout the cottage. Guests have a flat screen TV.
