This beach front home has a second unit, completely upstairs with the remainder of the bedrooms over the carport. The main entry to this unit is from the gated atrium, once inside walk into a family room facing the ocean. This separate unit offers a large living area with a game table, plenty of seating and large flat screen TV, as well as four bedrooms and two baths. There are two rooms facing the ocean, one with a king bed and one with a queen; the other two rooms facing the street, offering two sets of twin bunk beds and one queen. Enjoy all Monterey Bay has to offer while staying in this centrally located beach home. Just a short drive to downtown Santa Cruz or Fisherman’s wharf in Monterey. This area offers an extensive amount of activities, from fishing, whale watching, kayaking, hiking, and biking, just to name a few. Guest access Guest has full access to the home, you will need a gate remote to enter the community or the gate code which are both given at the time of check in.
