Newly built cottage located in the country. Enjoy amazing views from a covered front porch as you rock in comfortable rocking chairs. Fully furnished and beautifully decorated to make your stay comfortable and delightful. Memory foam mattresses for wonderful sleep and a kitchen for cooking if desired. Pool is behind owners residence and is shared with owners family and possibly 2 additional people. We have recently also installed a Tesla High Powered Wall Charger w/60amps. We’d love to have you! Located on the Bourbon Trail, but close enough to Keeneland as well as Shakertown and Herrington Lake. Pool behind the main house is available as a shared space with owners family. Deck is large enough to practice social distance. If private pool access is desired, we require ample time to ensure availability and the closure of our other guest room. Private weekday Monday through Thursday is $50 per day and private weekend Friday through Sunday is $75 per day. Pool is open as of May 1st; however, it isn’t heated so might still be a little chilly into early summer. Guests are always invited around the fire pit or for swimming. Guests are able to have complete privacy or to interact as they wish. Just off of 127 out in the county. Perfect for star gazing and peaceful quiet at night! Parking is located right in front of the large building to the left as you pull into the property driveway. You'll see a sign indicating the parking area. There are two dogs located on the property. They are sweet labradoodles, but do think everyone is their friend. An invisible fence doesn’t allow them to the cottage or parking area, however, the pool and fire pit are not off limits to them. ENTIRE property is NON SMOKING, both inside the unit as well as outside on property. Cottage floors are tile- bring slippers or warm fuzzy socks to keep those feet nice and toasty!
