Stunning seashore studio

Spacious studio with direct access to garden and beach and fab views of the bay and Holy Isle (no traffic). The studio is within a seafront bungalow and has a king-sized bed with optional third bed. It's a nice hideaway for a couple, friends or young family. Local cafes, hotels and shops are a 15 min walk. Perfect for walkers, cyclists & birdwatchers. The host is a local artist and conservationist who helped create the Arran Marine Protected Area. Good to book Calmac ferries at the same time. The space This spacious studio comprises a combined living, kitchen, bedroom (c30m square) with spectacular sea views and a separate en suite bathroom within a seaside bungalow. The studio is accessed either from glass doors to the sea front garden or through the house. There is wifi and a blue tooth speaker. It can sleep up to 3 adults or a couple and two small children sharing a single bed ...or tent in the garden! If you need an additional room please ask. Guest access Guests have access to the studio, large garden and shore which features extensive sand flats when the tide is out. A great place for paddling, sunbathing, and bird watching. Seals and otters are occasional visitors. Other things to note The easiest way to contact me is by Whats App or just knock on my door. I am happy to give advice on activities, boats and buses.
