You've come to the right place 🎉 We offer our beautiful family property with its garden, furnished to easily accommodate up to 16 people, whose services are quite rare: Nordic bath, swimming pool, billiards, foosball, Pac-Man arcade terminal, trampoline The space 🏡 This is our main house, so our personal belongings are present. We are private individuals, not professionals. But we always try to welcome you and serve you as best we can so that your stay is up to your expectations. In our house you will find, On the ground floor: - 🛋️ 1 large living room with double corner sofa with 10 seats, 🎱 1 American billiard table, 📺 1 television with Amazon Firecast (Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+, Canal+, Deezer subscription), 🍻1 bar - 🍳 1 fully equipped open kitchen with a bar overlooking the dining room - 🪑1 large table in the 20 seater dining room - 🚽a separate toilet with a sink - 1 bluetooth speaker and light games for a successful entertainment Upstairs: - 🛏️ 5 bedrooms including 1 divided in 2 by a blackout curtain with 7 beds 140x190 cm - 🛋️ 1 sofa bed 140x190cm in living room - 🛁 2 shower rooms with toilet 🚽 - 1 play room with ⚽ foosball, 🎮 Play-Station and Pac-Man 🕹️ arcade In the garden are: - 🏊 an indoor indoor pool of 24m2 by 1m deep with heating by solar panels in a room that closes with the help of a padlock. Accessible June to September. - 🚿a 3rd shower with cold water by the pool - 🫧 a Nordic bath: cylindrical wooden bath, in which 6 people can sit, the water of which is heated by a wood fire, accessible all year round (wood provided). - tables, chairs and benches for your meals (20 seats) - a plancha (no barbecue) - a garden furniture consisting of a coffee table, a 3 seater sofa, 2 double sofas and 2 armchairs. - deckchairs - a balancelle - a trampoline 4.60 m in diameter - 🛝 1 slide for children between 3 and 8 years old - a garden house for children between 2 and 8 years old ❗The use of these amenities remains under the full responsibility of each user. Guest access During the stay, you will have access to the entire house and its exteriors, except the garage and the dressing room. Cabinets, drawers, etc. contain our personal belongings, you will not have access to them. Other things to note - a 50% discount on the 2nd and 3rd night. - the rate is for a 24-hour rental, from 6 p.m. to 6 p.m. the next day. - 🫧 The Nordic bath is accessible all year round, at no extra cost. It is disinfected and filled just before your arrival, wood is provided. You will have to heat it yourself (allow 3 hours in winter, 1 hour in summer to reach 38° C). In case of frost, we reserve the right to cancel the Nordic bath service, whose pipes would not support the frozen water. - 🛏️ The beds are made upon arrival. Towels are not provided. - 15 people maximum - we allow reasonable parties, without noise abuse and alcohol abuse. - An outdoor camera is present following trouble with the neighborhood for non-compliance with parking. - There are also several Alexa devices in the house to stream your favorite music with Deezer subscription.
